- Getting old. Sold the ranch. Sold the tractors. Moved back to the city.
I really suck at backing up trailers and getting the hitches aligned. So instead of an equipment trailer, I traded my 2001 F150, which was becoming a money pit for repairs, for a 2004 Isuzu NPR/EFI stakebed (8x14 ft). Paid $11K off eBay. 49500 miles, automatic tranny, 6.0L Chevy LQ4 8-cyl gasser, automatic tranny.
I bought a set of aluminum ramps (10 ft long x 16" wide) to load my parade tractors onto the bed.

Added an 8000 lb Warn winch

Last week I ordered about 700 lb of seed for the hayfield (plant in Oct-Nov, harvest in May). When I picked up the order, it was palleted and ready to go. Removed two of the side fences and the guy fork lifted it right onto the stakebed, no fuss, no muss.
