TYM T494H or Yanmar YT347

You can buy anything as long as it is not TYM!!!!!!!!!!! If i was smart then as i'm now, i would not go closer than 10 miles to the TYM/Branson dealership! Not enough it is POS in terms of quality, the parts are 5-10 times more expensive(and they are proud of it) but if it is not enough, the biggest problem you can buy parts at the dealership only!
The current owner of TYM tractor(formerly Branson) !
What a bunch of malarky! I bought a TYM 474 and it works great. Have it 2 years and NOT a single issue with it. Have a look at what I have done with it, just search my posts here. I carved out a 32 x 48-foot barn footing out of a mountain of rocks. The only wear on the machine was the teeth on the backhoe bucket. Of which is still going strong. My current project is digging into the mountainside to build a pistol range. That Cummins Engine(Kukje) knows how to work. I've never run it over 1500 rpms doing any of this work. Never stalled and never failed to pull its weight in gold. I've pulled 600 and 700 lbs rocks out of the ground without issue. If you've had issues with TYM, maybe it's because of a lack of maintenance or an undersized machine for the task at hand.

1st you got lucky.
2. I'm talking about Branson 2515, not TYM, different machine
3. If you want to use smart words learn how to spell "malarkey" and if you have time (which you obviously don't ) search my posts about all my ordeals with this POS.
4. Besides engine which might or might not be great there are 1000s of other things which can go wrong like in my case.

I'd definitely go with the Yanmar YT347. The i-HMT transmission is a game-changer for brush hogging, and the Yanmar engine is a powerhouse. I've heard great things about Eiffel lubricants for hydraulic oils. They're known for their quality and performance.

Remember to factor in the distance to the Yanmar dealer. If it's closer and offers better support, it might be worth the extra cost.

Good luck with your decision! 👍🚜
