Looks really good , Richard. I have a 4' X 4' table I built several years ago and put square tube on two sides for a vice and also a bench grinder, I really like the fact that I can quickly remove the vise or grinder out of the way. I didn't put any type of solid feet on mine just have large casters with the poly coating on them. I run across this pic the other day and may add something like this to mine.

My bench grinder is on a stand made from a truck wheel and a large pipe for the vertical. That's a good idea having yours in a receiver.

I saw that caster lift design too. I'll move this table a lot. If it becomes too much of a hassle I'll tip it upside down and cut it apart and redesign. When it's parked over by the drill press where it'll mostly live I'll leave it sitting on the casters. Will only use the feet if I'm doing heavy work on it so I don't have to chase it.

Especially for a stupid blade operator huh George!!! :)

Hah. I sure wish I was as stupid as you and could weld haha. Not that I'd have any projects but sure is nice to have those talents

Nice job, got me thinken I should put the cutting table on the other end. Here is how I do my fold down vise. The bolt going all the way through rides in a slot and that is the stop when it comes out and is the pivot, for folding it down. When it hangs down it sits under the over hang.

Nice table and nice shop too. I also like the drop wheels on the one with the bottle jack. So many innovative folks on here.

Steal all you can use. That's why I post here. :)

I think we are both in that boat!

Really nice table... great work, turned out nicely. Thanks for sharing!

I want better pictures of the superduty... bet it's a lariat trim, '99-'04, likely an '03-'04 with a 6.0 diesel? Stick or auto?
