What do you do with your Instant Pot you cant do with a crock pot?

More ribs tomorrow. Fortunately only thing we lost with the freezer going out was zucchini, Thank you Lord!!!!
Had corn on cob tonight with beef stew.

That Beef Stew made my mouth water. I had to suffer thru with a humongous chicken breast with Jasmine rice. The Instant Pot has become our "Go To" cookware for most meals now.

I actually miss those barbecued rotisserie chickens from my youth. Come to think of it, we did get a Showtime Rotisserie last Christmas. Time to try something else for a day or two.

We do both baby back and country ribs in our IP. Both come out great!

Try a pork loin sometime ... equally great!

Spaghetti in the pot tonight. I am not sure it is better done this way, but I sure like not having to boil water, cook and drain the noodles in the colander and then get 2 other pots dirty. :thumbsup:

We have found that most Instant Pot meals have that 2nd Day(perfect) taste on the first day. The second and third day are perfection too.
