what was your first tractor?

First tractor as a driver was 'Gramps Farmall Model A at age 12. Used for field mowing with a 60" Woods belly mower, it was a handful if you got into the trees. "Armstrong Steering" doesn't begin to describe it...

First tractor owned was a '52 8N Ford. Alot of bang for the buck, but limited in it's capability...

My first Tractor was a JD 2010 Diesel..About 45 HP on the PTO and it even had a FEL quite unusual at the time but very useful. (Had a Case Uni Loader before that) So maybe that was my first??

Used the JD to clear a 5 acre lot, put in a 1500 foot drive, Lawn and build a house and then sold it for what I paid 2 years later.

Made out good except for the Clutch replacement cost of $1700.00 I still figure I saved at least 5 Grand.

First tractor i drove at 6 years old, by myself was my dads 1958 Fordson Dexta, no power steering had to use brakes to help turn it. then he bought a new 1979 john deer 2640.
My first tractor i bought was a Kioti DK 45

First tractor was a 1973 Power King with FEL. Still have it but had to rebuild the hydraulics completely. Now have the JD5103.

1950 Ford 8N with loader and 8 foot "real" York Rake. I got to drive it in my Dad's lap in 1957 when I was 6 and by myself when I was 8. When I was 9 I was loading my Dad's trucks with loam, york raking customers new lawns, and plowing snow.

1965 Sears 12 hp wheelie standing funny car (when Dad wasn't around) lawn mower. Then 53 or so Farmall Cub with FEL that I liked so much I got my own 15 years ago.

Grey market version of above L1801DT, little less horsepower, constantly amazed at what it could do. Second was Farmtrac dt300, than came the Kubota B2910 then the Kubota B2150.

The first tractor that I drove was a Ford 9N with a trip loader when I was about 12 or 13 years old.
