In the V.I, one can go through a "process" to import and carry. In my 34 years in this small place, only two cases of a "citizen protecting his life and or property" with a firearm are noted. Countless cases of passion killings between family members, friends or associates are recorded yearly, the vast majority. A lesser number of crime killings are also noted, where there was a true "victim"

There is a line but my point was, any bonehead that justifies his right to arms for protection from neighbors and their children is over IT!

How many posts to this thread? (I didn't count) How many posts to this thread are weak characters depending on firearms to up their junk?

Unless it involved a child or a rape in progress, very iffy...Why I am not a Cop or police officer. I cannot act as such. We almost have the backup or escape- written into our rules of engagement?Playing like a enforcement officer or pulling or branishing a weapon is an offence, unless you have very legal reason. Stealing from you, or threating , unless they have you cornered with a knife or like object is still no. Your life must be threatened in a deadly way..In My HOUSE, then I am in charge...Totally different than CCP rules...My2cents.

This thread is about weapon carry. If Joe Tractor carries, Joe had better know the law and think about scenarios. It really is not that much law to understand and it can often be simplified. It only takes a few hours to cover use of force law for CCW. If Joe Tractor can run tractor, then Joe can learn the law. Joe had better know he law if he carries.

Yes and No. I think the male tendency is to be more protective of the female. The law though, would be the same, regarding the actions taken.

I'll write this once...and then no more on the subject.
In the United States, we have a Bill of Rights that prohibits any interference with the right to own (bear) firearms.
We have enough idiots in this country that want to limit or elimnate that RIGHT.

As a foreign national, it's not your place to interfere, or even comment, on our rights...just as you would not want US citizens interfering with how your country is ran...correct?

As far as the "Internet Cowboys"...just ignore them...all bravado and no substance. They just shoot from the lip, not the hip.
