What to use to border a limerock driveway?

I would like to border my driveway to keep the rock in place, and hopefully keep it neat looking. It may be capped with 1/2" limerock soon. Would this be a good idea? What would I use? I would need 1000ft. On the cheap.

Of course Railroad ties and the like would be very$$$

But On part of my drive I have used some long logs..
yea they are poplar and will rot quickly... but they don't burn all that great when you have lots of oak...

maybe a load or 2 of rip rap? 2 feet wide on top of weed fabric?

I use Roundup for the border.

Seriously I find the box blade moves any border material.

I don't like anything you can't drive over or mow across.

yeh im starting to feel the same way. In fact, things have taken a turn. I asked a friend of mine who runs an asphalt plant about asphalt millings. He talked to the owner and he can get them for me for $300/load delivered. I just don't think I can pass this deal up.

Follow-up questions: How much should it cost to grade and roll the millings? It's 10ft x 510ft. Anyone in FL here experienced with this?
