Hello,
i am the new owner of a 1999 325D with 4wd , 72" recycler deck and snow blower with cozy cab. Unique little machine. Better keep the grease gun handy. Sorry i can't help with the glow plug question.
my Cozy cab is missing the wiper arm-----Can anyone help with length of original wiper arm and length of blade ?? the serial # for cab is CP366-55-00300. Thanks all.

I will measure my arm and blade and get back with you.

Any ideas on good places to mount mirrors on the cozy cabs? I haven't driven mine much yet. But mirrors would sure be handy. Any advice on what to buy or how and where to mount them would be appreciated.

i don't have mirrors on mine. i would think you have enough metal to mount to the front pillar on both sides of cab. but i would probably mount to front of pillar to avoid the swing out door/ window.
i don't have any ideas on what kind to get. Have to hit the internet!!!.

Sometimes it saves hassle and time to find somebody that has already done what you want to do. t's easier to copy or improve on something, somebody has already done than to start from scratch.

I've even thought about an automotive mirror to glue on the windshield

My arm measures 22" center of pin to center of pin, the wiper measures 22"

You may be able to find parts by putting your model number in the Toro search box. There are links in this thread

There are a bunch of grease zerks on these machines!!

I did that with our RTV500. It works well for me.

On the 1998 Toro Groundsmaster 325D with the Mitsubishi engine.

I believe the glow plug controler is not working correctly. My glow plug indicator is not working and the glow plugs are only getting 8.3 volts instead of 10.5.

When the weather got colder I noticed right off that I had to hold the glow plug button way to long - about 40 to 50 seconds.

Can anybody give me a clue on part number or possibly a simple fix?

The part number for the indicator is Toro 42-9190 $56.04

I would think I get get something far cheaper to reduce from 12 to 10.5 volts - any ideas?
The glow plug indicator is just a nichrome wire that glows when the current is high enough.

You may have one glow plug that is open. Disconnect them and check the resistance of each one.

You probably already have the schematic:

Open it in a new Tab for full size.

I checked the glow plugs first. I also pulled them out for a visual and gave them a coat of anti-seize on the threads before re-installing them I also ran new wires to them. Somebody had taken the buss bar off and run little wire to 2 of the glow plugs.

I ran 10 gauge wire and made it so the connectors were all on one wire. Before I had voltage drop from glow plug to glow plug

It says the glow plugs are 10.5 volts.

Can you check on your machine to see what volts you are getting at the glow plugs?

Thanks

My battery needs to be charged, but I was getting about 1 volt drop across the glow plug indicator. There is no buss bar, just the little wire. I get the same slight voltage drop from glow plug to glow plug.

Had the same voltage at the first glow plug, as the output of the indicator, so that wire is good.

Check the battery voltage while the glow plugs are on, see if it drops to 11.5 or 12 volts.

Also where do you set the throttle when starting?

The 325D will start any place above 1/4.

The 322D loader has to be wide open, especially a cold start.

I know this isn't helping, just thought I'd drop a note in case anyone reading is comparing models.

I have both the 325-D 4wd and the 455-D 4wd. I've found the Peugeot engine in the 455 MUCH easier to start, runs considerably quieter and slightly smoother.
