I’ve never hit the duty cycle limit. It has popped my 60 amp breaker a couple of times with the amperage set to 200a a/c.

Thats funny. The manual states it needs 54 Amps. Are you also using a 60 amp brake on a 50 amp plug??? Never found a plug with more than 50 amp

I use the standard 50 amp plug on a 75 and a 100 amp breaker. They are pretty hard to overheat since welders are intermittent draw.

So I just got him down to 1250 CAD & some filler rod and had just asked where he lived when he said he just sold it to someone else. I guess I'll have to keep looking .

Yes. I do it all the time. I’ve even mig’d brackets onto tubing then used the pulser to give it the tig “stack of dimes look”.

Makes me want a TIG pulse after seeing that! Also makes me now question beautiful welds? Does this technique work for all metals? SS, mild, and aluminum?

Yes, with varying degrees of success. Aluminum is harder to fix IMO.
