Tractor
2021 Kubota L3560 HSTC, 2011 Craftsman Excellerator GT (680hrs), 2018 Husqvarna TS354XD, 2017 Husqvarna HU800AWD, 2019 Kawasaki Mule Pro DX (Yanmar)
The right side axle bearing failed allowing the pinion to ring gear mesh to change and wipe a couple teeth from the ring/bull gear on the 2018 B2650. So while the dealer has it under warranty getting a newcomplete set of right side parts loaded, I decided to take trade value (always leans STRONGLY in the dealers favor) and jump a step from a B2650 to an L3560LE cab with LA805 loader, 72" light material bucket, BH92 with 16" bucket and manual thumb, Kubota front 3rd function, Top-N-Tilt for the 3 point, a new set of 72" Titan Implements (American Made) 300 series smooth top rotary cutter and Sitrex SM-180 Italian made finish mowers and a 72" Titan Implements (American Made) 3206 HD box blade.

On the tractor I added rear wiper, rear and quarter glass defrosters, the 3rd function valving kit, front and rear lights and the rear view mirrors. The standard 3560 seat seems to be just fine for my weight at around 190 lbs, so no upgrade to the air. I did go with the R4 tires and have RimGuard being added (1,000 lbs). The tires will be set out at the widest placement, so around 73" or 74" wide. It gets the high output alternator, BH92 and the (tough to swallow) $935 manual thumb. That is a lot of money for such a simple chunk of metal. The little 16" BT3002A backhoe bucket is $778 while the giant L2236 bucket is $679.

Anyways, around $65K in total, but I hope to not need to worry about little rear axle parts failing from tractors doing tractor things...

So now I am in a holding pattern awaiting parts to arrive at the dealership.

Purchasing from M&R Power Equipment in Butler Pa from Sean Huegel who held calm while I adjusted and changed my order list at least 2-3 times a day for a week. Financed with $32,500 placed into the deal, remaining on Kubota Credit with 0% for 84 months and 84 months of KTAC coverage.

Hope to have her on a trailer by this coming weekend. I have triaxle loads of work stacking up and waiting for her and I have around 8 acres to get mowed.

sounds like an expensive service, and / or a calculated oops, but you are smiling - love it

Do you still have the Mule or did you trade that in as well!

I still have the 2018 Mule Pro DX. It's a very good machine within its designed use envelope.... it's just not at all a fun or sporty machine with the diesel. It's odd because it actually has great suspension and if going down hill and you hit a bump and catch air, it eats it up like nothing. The gas version is actually a bit sporty and fun from what I read and folks do jump them and ride them for fun.

And even with the long travel suspension that can easily take mild jumps and eat up high speed hits, I can use my loader and fill the 54x54 bed heaping with shale and dirt, not be bottomed out, drive to where I wish to dump and hit a button and it easily dumps. I've put in a couple French drains for people adding shop garages out back and used the Mule to move all of the dirt. It works great.

The B2650 likely would never have this issue for a typical user who mows, does some occasional loader work and maintain driveways and trails. But the B2650 and B26 when pushed to the limit can and do have this issue. If you Google b26 axle broke you'll find at least 5 others with my identical failure. The B26 uses the same rear end.

So screw it.
4200 lb machine
1300 lb loader
400 lb bucket
1000 lb of RimGuard
It will be around 7000 lbs with the added top and tilt and third function, then a 550 lb box blade that I'll hang 400 lbs of oil well jack weights on.... so it will do its work every day at around 8000 lbs.

It should be a significant upgrade in ability to push and lift material.

I do have a Piranha bar ordered for it, so that will go on ASAP.

I'm actually going to go pick it up and borrow it from the dealer today since we are still waiting for the shipment of the lights, mirrors, defroster kits, rear wiper, top and tilt kit, 3rd function kit and backhoe frame kit. I've got around 15 triaxles of material stacked around my driveway that need to be dealt with and I refuse to Rev a machine when I have a $54k machine sitting at the dealership doing nothing. These guys will be running loads all day today and tomorrow... so I need to manage it with my machine.

I lied.... well made an error. It's only $53k plus the obligatory $5800 KTAC for a total outlay of $59k.

But.... this should last the rest of mine and my boys lives.... right?

Sounds expensive, but there are a lot of modifications on it. And we know what they can cost. Congratulations. Sounds like you have put a lot of thought into what you want. I am glad you got all the changes in. It is good hearing you found tractor on the lot and can actually take pictures of what you purchased. Most posts report empty lots.
On a side note, I think Messicks has a video comparing L3560LE to the L6060. Seems you save about $1500 buying the LE and then adding options which are pretty much already there (like cruise -only needs the switch, work lights - wiring pigtail already there, seat sensor and other options to make it the same as the L6060 if you wanted). Good Job. Very nice, go to work and enjoy it.

Well in that case it was a bargain! lol.

Yes, it should last essentially forever. Looking forward to pics of you running it

I got it home this evening and started removing the paint from the loader within moments.
