If I was to really to jump in with the hole hired tractor work gig with the implements that also work on the tree farm, I would do an LLC or something separate from the farm and 'rent out' equipment from the farm. Best to keep the farm stuffs separate.

The wicked tooth bar is one of the 'implements' that has made my loader more efficient all around and the bucket more rigid. It will cost you a little more compared to other tooth bars, but I doubt anything elts comes close to the durability, longevity and quality of ETA'S wicked tooth bar.

After a season of having the tooth bar on the loader bucket, it is a 100% improvement over the factory bucket edge. I am able to dig, load, move dirt, fill the bucket easier and faster. The ETA wicked tooth bar is the best.

The loader on my xr3140h bleeds off very slowly. No idea of the rate, but slow. Have 280 some odd hours on the tractor, but that's not all loader hours. I'm guessing 20-ish hours or so on the loader. Should be some info on acceptable bleed rate in a shop manual for the loader.

Anyone here look into figgering out 'neutral' lever or switch for the XR 3100/XR4100 series tractors for the P.T.O? Share would make hooking up different implements easier by letting the P.T.O shaft from the Tractor turn freely. I read or had heard that the MT series tractors have such an item.

Your 3005 should have load check reliefs on the side of the valve. My late model 790, aka the 3005, service manual shows them to be on the valve one for each port. Also looks like they might be serviceable right on the tractor.

When I bought the XR3140H in 2020 i think, Kinda got the run-a-round from the dealership also on a service manual preferably a physical manual, they don't corrupt or get cleared. Talked to the owner direct and a link was provided to download the service manual, At least I have one :)

Mold board plowing works better when 'breaking the ground' or when the soil has not been worked in a while. They cut tap roots and turn the dirt directly upside down putting top side debris under. Not so much mixing like a tiller. Mold board plowing is semi deep aggressive working of soil...

Vacuum trick here also. Ground down a piece of 3/4 pvc pipe to fit snug in the dip stick port. Lost very !little oil. I do what the manual states and what the dealer says... IF anything does happen, then its LS's and the dealers problem. No arguments to be had.

Cap it at the tractor or remove busted hose and make a loop with other hose back to the tractor if possible. Been there, the gotta keep moving thing... I kept moving right to town with hose in tow to have a replacement made, I have found that to be the best way.... But then there is days like...
