Looking for 8.5/8-22 farm lug

I am thinking of bolting a 3/8x 3 "x5" angle iron with landscape tines to the front edge of the bucket, tines curling down. Weeds in Florida grow so fast and my back hurts from pulling them. What do you think?

I found a nail in the tire and I have water filled tires, what is the best way to repair it. I could try to plug myself, or take it to the tire store for a patch, but how do they deal with the water inside? Or should I take it to the dealer?
