The block heaters are installed as part of the dealer's PDI setup in Saskatchewan. You can have spells of similar weather in MN.... should really be part of the a MN dealers PDI as well.

The use the word 3rd function and diverter in here. But it seems like it is a 3rd-function, because it talks about routing power beyond which would mean a 3rd function. Am I losing my mind; is this a 3rd function or a diverter install?

I spoke with summit, and they said not to worry about the pressure rating on T line, it will power remotes and 3pt fine. I currently have it so the block is on the inside of the loader. There is only 1/2" to spare between loader and hood which I don't like, plus I have to connect those lines...

Yeah it is likely cheaper for me do ylwhat you did, than get the FF option at purchase time. I know all the tractors on our farm were AG, but I thought most of the non small tractors were FF when I was looking at the 20-40hp Kubotas, Kioti, and Bobcat.

Why the default couplers on the grapples AG and not Flatface? Or am I reading that wrong? It looks like it is an $80 upgrade to add a male/femail flat face. Don't the majority of CUT's use flat face? I would have thought that quick-attach and flat face go hand-in-hand.

I think a lot depends when they made their orders. Dealer told me factory inform him last week that all new order will have a 5% steel surcharge going forward, and his costs on tractors has been going up almost monthly from factory.

Finally heard back from another dealer. They want $2k more for 2035 but only $900 more than that for the 2040. But it is out of province so tax is 10% more. So I think I'll stick with the local 2035, as agreed to do add the rear remotes for $1k installed.

Good to know. Seat switch would be a PITA for some attachments like a wood chipper, or log splitter. Though seat switch are generally pretty trivial to bypass. It looks like Kioti calls the SE models with independent PTO. i.e., the CK3510HST vs CK3510SE HST.

Actually I just noticed that the CT2035 HST brochure says it has a independent PTO, while the CK3510 says it has a live PTO... that seems odd that would have different systems. Edit: bobcat's website says it is a live PTO, so the brochure must be wrong. I am not sure how much a live PTO...

For our new 10acre lot, I am looking at a Kubota b2601. Would be used for landscaping, snowplowing, mowing, and clearing. The equivalent kioti seems to be the ck2610. Given the extra weight of the kioti, I am wondering if I would rather have the lighter weight of the Kubota for mowing?
