Thanks! Finally managed to get a full weekend of use out of it and everything is working fine now.

Issue was the hoses being reversed. Wr long sent me install pics with power beyond ran to t port when it should be p.

Solenoid is cutting off when I release the switch. I can hear it click. Could it be something else? What about the power beyond? Should I try reversing the 3rd function hoses?

Would it happen if the power beyond hoses were reversed? Wr long shows it both ways in their instructions and I may have them backwards.

I’m guessing it’s the relief. I wouldn’t know for sure. How do I check?

Lown performance seems to make them. Pricey but they are really nice. I was super pleased with the kit I got for my mx.

Just got my grapple hooked up. When testing it, I noticed the hydraulic pump whines when the grapple is fully closed. If I bump it open a little, it goes away. I assume this is due to pressure from the grapple. 3rd function is wr long. Grapple is mtl rg-7. Is this normal? Do I need to make...

For reference I went with a woods 72.50. It was either that or an rc cutter that I’m afraid I’d tear up in the woods around my property. Would have rather gotten a 72.30 as the .50 is a bit heavy for my tractor, but the .30 wasn’t available.

Thank you for all the feedback. My options right now given current inventory are a light duty 2" cutter or heavy duty 4" models. Given that I'll be clearing in the woods, I assumed going with a heavier duty couldn't hurt. I don't plan to cut 4 inch trees with it. :-)

I’ll take what I can get right now due to inventory shortages. I’d like a 3” model but most places either have the lighter duty 2” or the 4” as their customers are either cutting pastures or doing roadside work.

Unfortunately, it's not the pin. I was hoping that was the case as well. I removed it and rolled it on a flat surface to check. The gusset was slightly bent, but I'm not sure if it's enough to cause that much deflection on the cylinder.

Nothing seems to bind but the link is rubbing and the cylinder doesn’t line up on the left. Cylinder needs some force to get it to slide into links for the ssqa. Havent tried taking the pin for the bucket cylinder out yet. Might try that next once the rain stops.

I've found that I can get a custom grill from a local fabricator for less than pre-fab solutions. Only a minor inconvenience that I need to go take it to get powder coated myself. No issue with these guys but it's always a plus to me if I can support local businesses.

I have a quick hitch compatible class 1 box blade and noticed that that the class 2 adapter bushing kit that came with my tractor isn’t wide enough. Can anyone suggest a kit that I can buy online to fix this either by doubling up the bushings or getting some wider ones?

Clicking was the bucket zerks. Mine won’t steer past maybe 1/3 of the way with a loaded bucket. Rpms don’t matter. I tried it a full rpms.

I noticed it when I couldn’t back up around a corner. It does it when moving at slow speeds as well and in the brush with no load. It's just easier to demonstrate with the tractor stopped.

Yeah. I think I’ll get a rotary cutter for now and go from there. Others have suggested pulling the big stuff up by the roots. I need a grapple anyways for other projects so maybe that’s the better investment for now if I’m going to add any hydraulic functions.
