Bo,
Regarding the drywall and the stubbing for the plumbing/electrical-IS that how the plans were originally approved? If so, I don't see how they can make you change it.

No, the stub outs were not on the original plan. The inspector suggested it several months ago.

I got my cabinets up today. It was way easier than yesterday, which was the prep work - trying to make a flat surface on the log wall for securing the cabinets.

Yeah I bet the prep was very time consuming looking at that... Often the prep is 75% of the whole job, I find...

Why is there an outlet above the stove? That's what is looks like at least...

I knew someone would catch that. That is called a mistake, and the electrician will be moving it. LOL
