B2620/B2920 capabilities

I am thinking about trading in my New Holland TC33DA on a Kubota B2620 or B2920. I just dont like the ergonomics of the NH (it feels like you are perched way up high). The B20 series is definately smaller and I am concerned about its capabilities. Will they pull a 5 foot disc harrow through heavy clay and will they safely carry 500-600 pounds in the loader for short distances? These are the two things that concern me most. Any comments?

Last weekend dealer quoted me $15.800 for B2620 w/fel.

This weekend I shall return to dealer for testing also B2920 and compare...if old man winter permitts.

Kubota recommends a 4' disc.

Two front end loaders are available. One will lift 771 pounds the other 952 at the pivot point.

Not sure about the disking but the loader on my 2620 safely has carried 500 to 600 lbs of boulders on uneven terrain and I had no fear of tipping being to bouncy etc... I do have loaded r4's so I would deffinetly recomend getting your rears loaded and I also keep a 500lb BB on the 3pt for ballast as well. I have moved about 400 lbs of materiel w/o anything on the 3 pt and just w/ the loaded rears it handled well also.

Recomend the 2620 or the 2920 as they have the same loader specs which is bigger/stronger than the 2320.

The owners manual on my B2620 lists the implements, and for the "disc harrow" it rates the B2620 and 2920 at 60" which meets your 5' desire. I would have to look at the manual again, but I believe just about all the implements are rated the same for the 2620 and 2920.
