where can I buy bolt on bucket hooks? Tractor supply did not have any. I see "ken bolt on hooks" makes them just wondering if there were some less expensive ones out there
thanks

Question ... Is it tough to drill the bucket for those hooks?

No. Buckets are made from regular mild steel and easy to drill with a good bit. I have two different installation video's posted if you'd like to see for yourself.

its much easier to use channel iron and cut slots for chains and bolt tem on. that way u can use them from either direction.

I drilled my 1/2" holes with a portable battery powered drill and it went pretty quick with a sharp bit. Made pilot holes with a smaller bit first to make sure the holes were centered properly

Depends on the bucket.
If for some reason you've got a reinforced bucket with hardened steel bars (put a grapple on) it might be. But I expect in the sub 100HP tractor world a good cobalt drill, pilot holes, slow drilling, plenty of oil and patience will work through.

Buy a new pilot bit and full size bit before you start to drill. For <$4 make your life easy.

Installation of two Ken's hooks on my B3300SU totaled twenty minutes, with new drill bits.

Kens are awesome, installed mine on my boomer in about an hour with a cordless drill, and they look and work great! Quality all the way

I wanted clevis hooks without going inside the bucket, so I made these:

I've wrapped chain around the clevis part and used the hooks from behind - works well.

My bolt on midget forks didn't fare too well. I bent one up pretty good trying to cut down a 10" aspen tree with it (accidentally).
