The reply was for Messick, who stated he had a kit.

OK, from what I can see, the backhoe is already working off of the loader's power beyond circuit. The fluid flows from the pump to the loader valve and, with a backhoe, into the backhoe's circuit before returning to the reservoir.

There is a different connecting block back on the pump to accomodate the backhoe but I'm sure there is a way for us non-backhoes to tap in.

I assume there is a hydraulic hose that you disconnect from the backhoe and connect back to the return on the tractor when you remove the backhoe and thus completing the circuit?

Ack! Those pictures didn't post properly. I'm still trying to figure out this new format here.

Forgive my ignorance, but isn't my bx2200 the same as a bx24 without the backhoe and therefore just missing the fittings for the backhoe? I can't imagine that it would be that easy. However, I have not looked that closely at a bx24,23, or 22 so I'm not sure. If someone knows the answer I would appreciate it.

Also, if all I need to do is add fittings to my bx2200 could someone with a bx24 post some pictures of the fittings so I can find where to add them to mine? I would love to add remotes without messing around with my loader and you guys with the backhoes came up with a great setup. Thanks for any input. - Toby

To answer your question, yes you can!
You need to go through the parts list for the BX22 and purchase each part seperatly. I did this on my BX2200 and it worked perfect(prevoius tractor). Kubota may have a kit but I am not sure. It cost me around $200.00 for all the parts.

Here is a link to post with all the information you need to do this on a BX2200.

That was a once and done thing. We're not in the business of building this kinda stuff.

If you do want the parts & hoses to do it, you can call our parts dept and tell them what you want to do. The only real fabrication we did was some mount plates to attach it to the ROPS.
