CK25 will not start

If you mean part #21 (the plastic guide), yes I have tried pulling it out with finger and starting. Still no go.

OEM Parts

When you remove the stop solenoid, that plastic lever SHOULD be pushed out towards the hole where the stop solenoid was located. this is the only way that the fuel injector can get fuel. If it isnt pushed out, then something is binding inside the injector pump preventing this rod from pushing out.

If one of the injector pump elements (gears and plungers, etc) are frozen, this will prevent the control rack (control rod) from sliding and allowing fuel to flow....this would be bad news. I had this happen once and had to replace the fuel injector pump. Is yours still under warranty???

Well that does not sound good. Unfortunately, it is not under warranty.

Do a search in the "Kioti owning operating section".
I think I remember reading something about the EPA mandates Mfg's supply a 5 year warranty on fuel systems.

i think all fuel injector pumps have a 5 year warranty thru EPA requirements i believe.. but not sure exactly.

Econ, sorry for my explanation in the earlier post of the lever and rod. Your CK25 IP setup is different than my CK30hst by the diagram up posted. I thought they would be the same. What year is yours? Mine is 2004. I hope something is just bound up and not bottoms up.

VictorW: No problem. Mine is around the same time. I have to go look at the original purchase agreement.

This might be a silly question, but how do these pump run. They do not seem to be belt driven. Are they electric? If so, could a drained battery not supply enough energy for it to function even off a jump from a Suburban?

Going to take battery in tonight to get tested and potentially purchase a new one.

Thanks.

If its exactly like mine, they run off of an engine run camshaft . no belts.

Battery tested bad. Replaced. Still no go. Bleed the line up to the bleeding bolt. Then tried at the inject lines. Still no go.

Looks like the tractor sits till I can save up money for a new $800 injector pump. ugh.

Thanks everyone for your help.

you can pull the injector pump and see if one of the injectors is jambed... but personally is contqct Kioti and see if they can cover the pump under the mandnitory 5 year EPA warranty that injector pumps are supposed to be covered with.... or so a few people are claiming here.
