I just got an email notice, does that mean it's fixed or was it just a fluke, it sure was funny reading some of these post about toasters during these dark days of no email reply's.
Not $200k/year, it's $200.00/lobster, and just wait till we start shrimping again, if ever, be able to get two $700.00 Star toasters.

PS. Any of you guy's who have a toaster and haven't tried (real maple syrup)on toast for a quick desert, don't know what ya missing.:licking:

Uhh, it works and works like never before and I have way more notifications than I can handle. I guess be careful what you wish for.

To turn them off in bulk, go to http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/subscription.php?do=viewsubscription&folderid=all
On the far right, it will list your subscription type (ie: Instant, Daily, Weekly, None).
Check the boxes for the ones you want to change, scroll down to the bottom, click "Selected Threads", choose the notification type that you want to set them to and click the "Go" button.

Oh, email notifications mean a LOT! Now that we're not getting them, they're sorely missed. :thumbsdown:

Well, I stopped email notification but am still getting them. Must be me. How's that for Karma?

On the other hand, the toaster still sucks and I remain in search of a two slice toaster that will heat quick and deliver toasted bread within an acceptable range. Could use some commentary before, say, late Thursday.

The trouble with buying on Amazon, it's harder to take it back when the toaster breaks after the first use, Walmart, Kohl's etc. I can just throw the POS back in the box and with the receipt that shows the $5.00 extended no BS return warrantee, go back to Walmart and get another. When I buy a toaster, I take a loaf of bread with me and plug a toaster in and see which one will toast the best, then buy that one......................

Not really. Keep the box when you open it, click the "its junk, return it" link on Amazon, put it back in the box, drop it in the outgoing UPS stack at work and off it goes.
