I guess we just read more into the whole situation than we needed to. The reason for requesting more pics from the customer was Ted wanting to further assist him with future problems that could occur due to him using the add on 3pt hitch with no stabilizer bars, plain and simple. Questioning that could have offended him but it was not intended to be taken that way. I'm speculating because no one here ever saw the original post. We could have responded in a different manner such as: "Thanks for pointing that out. We will look into that. If you should have any issues with the use of your implement get back to us." like parkgt said BUT Ted was trying to be more thorough and maybe went too far with it.
Sometimes, simple is better i guess!

I agree ,Do all these people posting work for "the company" What a bunch of brown nosers , are you scared to post how you really feel ?Seems anything they don't like gets censored and deleted ,chalk one more up for the "COMPANY STORE !"

You had 6 posts, and only three remain, and only one was not about this topic, and this post calls folks "brown nosers" and a different one called folks "sheeple" so I ask, do you REALLY want to know what I think?

I respectfully disagree with anyone stating this thread should be deleted.

Everything Attachments took a sound beating in a short amount of time on a Sunday when they could not respond. A large number of members saw the now deleted thread and it will be remembered. EA has a right to state their side of the story as they did in the first post of this thread without it ebing removed.

What is unfortunate is that some members continue to bash them (EA) in this thread. Furthermore- the comments members make asserting what the OP said is third party and is not relevant.

Aside from EA explaining their weekend (IMHO shouldn't be needed), this issue is now between the OP and EA.
