EverythingAttachments Weekend Customer Service Thread

I respectfully disagree with anyone stating this thread should be deleted.

What is unfortunate is that some members continue to bash them (EA) in this thread. Furthermore- the comments members make asserting what the OP said is third party and is not relevant.

(bolded text) Which is why it should be closed...

I did not see anything in this thread I would consider bashing. I think EA handled this issue with class and I would not hesitate to buy from them. The issue is the original thread was removed...had it not been, EA could have read all of the concerns and directly responded to them.

...:( ... What the OP said is relevant. The problem is that it is unavailable.

Third party information is NOT relevant, had the OP chimed in, that would be relevant.

Roy, I agree that that aspect is an issue- unfortunate that the bashing couldn't be removed in favor of more constructive comments. Otherwise, EA is still losing the opportunity to respond.

Well I think it is totally irresponsible for EA to allow their employees to have a weekend with their families, they should be available 24/7, furthermore I expect EA to not only offer their kits for 50% of the going price of said implement but EA should send an employee with each kit to help with assembly. SARCASM

Seriously I glanced at the original thread briefly and I believe someone even mentioned it was the weekend, holy box blade, cut EA some slack. They are just folks just trying to make a living like most of us and I think they go over and beyond what a lot of small business' and most all big business' do. Just the fact that they started this thread proves to me they are stand up folks and come new attachment time for me they will get top consideration.

I'd never post about something being crooked, because the next day I'd end up backing it into a stump.

Yeah...me too. Or I'd figure out some way to "break it in".

That's why I buy used equipment...already broke in. ****, even my wife was used when I bought...married her.

Everything Attachments took a sound beating in a short amount of time on a Sunday when they could not respond. A large number of members saw the now deleted thread and it will be remembered. EA has a right to state their side of the story as they did in the first post of this thread without it ebing removed.

What is unfortunate is that some members continue to bash them (EA) in this thread. Furthermore- the comments members make asserting what the OP said is third party and is not relevant.

Aside from EA explaining their weekend (IMHO shouldn't be needed), this issue is now between the OP and EA.

First of all I didn't read the whole thread, lost interest somewhere on the first page. Why it continued for five pages escapes me as I am a simple man. At least from what I read on the first page didn't make it appear the OP was interested in any form of reimbursements but was suprized by the reply. None of the rest of us were privy to anything more than a couple of pictures. Still don't know with any authority what transpired between the buyer and seller before these threads were posted. Don't need to know either.

This entire site is comprised of comments posted about all the various brands and types of equipment. I have read some lengthy threads and placed favorable posts about Everything Attachments myself as have most members here. If all you are allowed to read are the good reviews then this makes the whole forum experience less relavent.

My limited experience with Ted and Everything Attachments have been good so far and I have nothing negative to say about the buyer or seller. You mentioned "this issue is now between the OP and EA" I agree with that. If you are going to censor the first two threads then censor them all.

This has nothing to do with the original problem but when I read a post from EA I don't know if it's Ted responding or someone else within the company. Sometimes the way the posts are worded it seems like its Ted but most times its appears to be posted by someone else, but with Ted's name in the signature line its misleading, to me anyway. If its someone other than Ted would it be possible to just sign the post with Jim or Fred or something so we know who is talking to us?

Am I the only one who has trouble following who is making the posts from EA? If yes then I'm sorry for even bringing it up. I've got nothing against Ted or EA or anyone there and I'm not trying to stir anything up I just want to know if a statement is made by Ted or someone else at EA.

Actually I am hoping ot buy one of their DIY kits as soon as they figure out what it will be. Springs coming and I have plenty of time this winter to weld and paint in the shop.
