I'd really like to hear how those batteries work out for you long-term. Please keep us posted. I have a Polaris Ranger EV that currently has "rebuilt" group 31 flooded lead-acid batteries, that I believe are used mostly in electric forklifts. Not expecting a lot of range or life out of them. I have a notion to convert it to lithium-ion ($$$$), but a good AGM set might be just the ticket while I wait for Li-I prices to descend some. REALLY don't want to spend over $200 ea. for Polaris/US Battery OEM replacements!
