Testicles to follow the mind?
That's as bad as latin we had to learn in law school - - that NO ONE EVER USES IN PRACTICE. Latin phrases in my business do not mean what they are used to say
I had to attend catholic school 1-12 and had to take 2 years of Latin in high school (freshman and sophomore) and in the junior and senior years if you wanted to change had to take another foreign language.

Yep cat food unless you buy solid albacore.
I agree, only buy solid albicore
Big scraps = chunk tuna (a little more lumpy than official cat food)
Small scraps = cat food

The subject of food allergies brings up a tangent point about restricted diets...

Half of all America adults suffer from hypertension and less than a fourth of them have it under control...

Ever watch a cooking show by any of the celebrity chefs and cooking show hosts...they ALWAYS add salt...many times repeatedly...
I have even seen them criticize comments by viewers that complain about them (TV chefs) using too much salt...saying they know what they are doing and basically the average basic viewer is ignorant...!

In the same respect most restaurants do the same and very seldom do you ever see "reduced sodium" versions available from their kitchens...

Folks that have to or need to limit their sodium are pretty much out of luck when it comes to prepared or packaged meals etc...almost everything has salt added...yes you can find some canned goods and and some dry mix products with reduced sodium...but generally to eliminate salt completely you have to start with all fresh meat and produce etc...

IMO...there should be a law that says if you produce a video that shows someone putting salt in recipe they should be made to make a public service warning about the dangers of high blood pressure...[/RANT]
I agree with this, we cook with little or no salt, you can add your own at the table. Guy Feiari ((sp?) used to have a show where he cooked in his backyard kitchen, the amount of salt he used was incredible. Have seen judges on cooking competitions complain about not enough salt, if it was me I would serve it to them with a side of salt and tell them to stop bitching and have at it.
Because we use so little salt I find most prepared food to be really salty.

A majority of experienced chefs over season and over salt dishes they are preparing because they have burnt out palates from all the tasting of hot and spicy foods...they season what they are cooking to their own tastes...

Also many are heavy smokers and that will do a real number on your palate as well.

My dislikes,
Parsnips
Summer squash of any sort, tasteless slime in a soft shell!
Bad seafood, this includes hake and pollok in any form.
Fish and chips made with dogfish, you know when the batter cracks open and all you smell is ammonia.
Never tried durian, my fifth grade teacher, who spent many years as an exchange teacher in SE Asia, described it as "eating a wonderful fruit salad while sitting in a Bangkok sewer".
