Thanks for the tip on paint.Got lots of firewood to move at times. A rear FEL or dirt scoop would do nicely. And when moving all of those square bales.
Valspar makes a good farm paint
I built rear forks out of bedframe angle iron plus some scrap. Matching it to the q-hitch meant I didn't have to buy 3-point pins. Then I added a platform, and later reinforced the platform using another bedframe. I use this all the time for hauling stuff around. Hitching it on takes only an instant, just back into it and lift.
If you have a welder, fabricating something like this might meet some of your needs immediately at near zero cost.
