So what exactly are they doing to fix this? It says somthing about the bolts.. but I'm not sure whats its refering to. Did someone in Korea write this?

Thanks for the information Wallace.
One question I have, do you think that I could just bring my loader back for service without the tractor? This I could do with my small trailer and car for next to nothing.
Bruce

I have not yet installed one so I can't tell you and keep in mind that is something that your dealer will have to tell you.

I do plan on installing a couple of these and if it can be done at the customers house by my service guys I would offer that to the customer instead of picking up and delivering the machines.

My interpretation is that it is a bolt on modification, probably a brace structure as is on the new loaders coming from Kioti. Seemed clear to me.

Rick, I will happily pay for your guy's time if they come to my residence, (if that's an option). I'll even have it in a nice heated garage!

I must say, this news along with my visit to your establishment over the weekend has renewd my faith in KIOTI. I am fortunate to have such a fine dealer and a mighty CK30!!

Rick, just so I'm clear on this, we should be getting the letters from Kioti? I presume that the dealers also will be getting these letters like yours. The only reason I ask is the last time I contacted my dealer he said he was aware of the problem with the loaders but hadn't really gotten to much info from Kioti. Maybe they were still working on the fix at the time. I didn't know if I should wait till I get my letter before I contact my dealer. Thanks for keeping us updated.

Thats ridiculous. Unacceptable. What's wrong with these numbnuts?

Making a sucker outta their customers is generally not good for business.

SO irritating.

I came within 1700 pounds of getting a CK30 ... love that machine .. but I would be way pissed. And as usual, they assume that noone has ever bought a Kioti in the used market or bought a new one and moved to a different region.

grrrrrrr

Hey DAP maybe you need to ask your friendly neighborhood Kubota dealer what is Kubota's company line on warranty trucking? Like Rick said all companies put the trucking on the customer's back with warranties. If you're lucky enough that your dealer trucks it for free, you better make sure he stays in business.

And just so you know unless a dealer made a agreement with you at the time of purchase EVERY COLOR AND BRAND that I am aware of doesn't cover pickup and delivery.

I'm unaware of any manufacturer that covers transportation.
I would, on a future purchase, look into dealer participation on transportation for warranty repairs. I would think this would have a cost factored into the purchase price.

We received ours today so the other dealers should be getting theirs any day now.
Our letters to the dealer stated....

"All registered KL120/130 FEL owners will be notified by mail in approximately 1 week. You should be anticipating a phone call from the owners in you area in the near future to schedule their FEL for the modification installation."
