Mike\'s BX-22 Mega Lighting Project

I have created a six page web photo documentary of my BX-22 mega lighting project for the viewing pleasure of Kubota enthusiasts. Send me some feedback in this forum.

Very nice job, I can see a canopy coming next with that ROLPS (Roll Over Light Protection System /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif)

Nice job on the narration and photo shoot as well.

I was thinking exactly the same thing. A bit of extension and a cloth cover sure would keep the sun off.

My experience is that cloth over a metal framework is also very quiet...cloth seems to absorb the sound and not reflect it...not very water proof though...

Nice job Mike!

Re: Mike\'s BX-22 Mega Lighting Project

Trust me, I've thought of the canopy idea, but unfortunately I can't do it. I have to fold down the rops to put the tractor in my garage and there is only 18" clearance between the rops and the top of the garage door frame. This is why the frame I built for the lights only hangs out 16" in front of the rops. It just clears the frame when folded down. I really don't want to park the tractor outdoors either.
I do leave my old craftsman lawnmower outdoors so hopefully thieves will take that instead of the kubota... :)
