Ok, this is the happy place I have stopped at. 2000 psi will still just barely lift my wheels off the ground and I am now triggering the valve relief before the system relief (was not before). More comments tomorrow /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Hydraulic Pressure Guage

Interested in borrowing it after David or whomever was last in line. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Have a TC25D with the 7308 loader. Unable to raise tires with the lift arm cylinders. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Thinking that my pressure is too low

My email address is my3boys@execpc.com

Ok, some thoughts.

1) When testing at 2600 rpm, the gauge would read 2500 psi and then quickly drop to 2100. Testing at lower rpm produced the same reading without the spike.
2) At the 2100 psi setting, the system main relief was the only one being triggered. With my new adjustment, I still have additional power (over factory spec) but I am triggering the loader valve relief now.

I'll be shipping the gauge setup out today.

Warning...rookie question ahead. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

How do you tell the difference between the system relief and loader relief valve? Perhaps I've never tried to do too much and triggered either one.

What would I notice or hear if one of these valve reliefs were triggered?

Sorry MIke, perhaps I should explain myself more clearly. The loader valve relief makes a different kind of sound than the system relief. The reliefs are physically about 3 ft apart. On your TC25 you should hear a low hissing kind of sound next to your right hip when the loader valve is in relief. The other relief (main) is near the front of the engine block. I think there is another relief for the 3-pt and another for the hydro trans (just guessing here). Hope this helps.

Fred just called from the dealer today and said the loader was there. He will be picking the 33 up tomorrow and installing the loader then returning it Thursday or Friday. That'll give me a few days to play /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif , I mean work with it before the gauge arrives. I'll send it out to cdcole as soon as I check out the setting.

MRWURM, Thanks for the description of the system and loader reliefs.

Spencer,
Count me in as well. I would love to be able to lift the front without having to curle the bucket.
