Whats the problem there? Looks like its well strapped down and as long as he isn't over height or weight, thats 2 less tires on the road to blow out.

i bet that's a way to get around a 'no tripples' rule maybee? load the 3rd int he back of the 2nd.

I see trucks pulling trailers, with other trailers stacked 3-4-5 high on them sometimes.

i bet for a toll place that counts axles.. that 3rd in the bed saves.. :)

Actually, the idea of hauling a trailer isn't so bad, as long as it isn't loaded. I've often wondered if there would be some effective way to load and haul your empty trailer to save the bouncing and swaying, and then set it down and hook it up when you're ready to haul something.
I have always been fascinated with the way logging trucks do that very thing.

Probably. Looks almost like an older Toyota that got dualed (with the rear from a Toyota camper perhaps?). Looks pretty heavy to me, I hope they have breakaway brakes...

That is what thought. Looks like the guy with the red Dakota has done this before as he has a rack to hold the bow of the boat up and off the cab roof.

I may get some flack for saying this. I see a lot of these pictures are taken by drivers while driving which is just as dangerous as some of these clowns who are overloaded or have improperly secured loads.

Ya.. some show a steering wheel, but many look like they were from the passenger side.

Maybe " a lot" is an exaggeration. Yes quite a few are taken by passengers and some are from countries that have RH drivers, as I said not all the pic's are by drivers. I was with a buddy who insisted on videoing the PA mountains while he drove, not a very comfortable feeling.

That's also been my take for sometime now.

Just seen a camera/recorder that mounts to the windsheild, with a suction cup. It has 2 lenses, you can aim one forward and one back or 2 side veiws. It was on e bay, for less than $100. This might be worth having, just as a witness for an accident, or to catch some scenic veiws.

There is an area of Toronto that is well known as the Car-Crash-Scam-Capital-of-Canada.... so the cams are getting more common here.

At the high end, there are HD level multi-camera systems. Essentially mobile, ruggedized DVRs. More money than I'd want to spend, but for high dollar dedicated trailers it is essentially a 24hr/muli-week surveillance system. Really just petty cash, for somebody setting up a pro-level race trailer.

A friend snapped a pic, while stuck in traffic on a major highway here 2 summers back - wish I had it to post. Out of province SUV hauling red gas cans on one of those open shelf platforms that goes into the receiver. One can had the round disk stopper missing, so they just srewed the top down - over a sandwich bag ! Driving along with gas spilling out the top of the can.

He didn't, but I would have called that one in. With the # of lit cigs I see tossed out of car windows, that could have ended really badly.

But "Selfie's" are OK though, right !

Somebody has likely already named this law..... I'm really beginning to think that Intelligence correlates inversely with amount of driver smartphone pic/video use. Meaning causal, if the intelligence level is not already low.
