Took my sled four steps up out of the basement. I put two wheels with a piece of pipe below the track at the rear and lift the front with a jib pole I've put on my loader. Pull it up a couple of planks and ready to go sledding tomorrow.

Cleaning up around my property. Managed to break the plastic hydraulic hose cover on the loader.
I just wrapped up this project this afternoon. Built the hydraulic system from scratch, fabricated the joystick mount and front mount to convert a JD 318 54 inch hydraulic snow plow to my GC 2400. Been planning this project for over a year and just completed the painting today. Very nice work! I am also interested in how you turned the lights on the roll bar around. Can you show a closer picture of that? I keep hitting mine.
