What size impact sockets are needed?

Maybe same day delivery in a major city like Philadelphia, but where I live ain't no such thing. Even next-day delivery is iffy. From anyone, haven't done enough business with McM-C to say whether they're any faster than Grainger or other supplier.

Alway found 1/2 drive SAE and Metric standard sets fill 99% of my use ( home/ranchette owner) .... Only variation is 36mm gland nut on VW flywheels...

If you try piece parting its always going to cost you triple what a set will and you will always be missing the one size you really immediately need....

THis one seems to cover all my needs....

I needed a toolbox at home and at work. When I left that job, I had two sets of tools at home. Brother passed away, got all his. This put me with plenty of tools up to 1.5 inches.
A good friend's Dad passed away and he donated his Dad's two toolboxes to me. His Dad owned and ran a semi-truck rear end and transmission shop all his life. This put me up to about 3" in size of sockets.
Daddy was moved off the farm, someone stole his toolbox, but Daddy had a habit of using tools and keeping a bucket full when He finished. I got all 12 buckets. That put me up to 3" in wrenches and over 4.0" in sockets.
I have a lot of tools! I do have the issue of remembering which tool is in which toolbox when it comes to a specific tool that I have. Regular tools, I just go to the nearest Roll around.
Hopefully one day soon I will be able to go back to using them like they were in the past.
