Hey "Young man", I know of what you speak. Come the 18th of next month, Ole Giles will be 72 yrs old and feel every year. As a Trooper, I've been shot, cut, beat on and still made it this far. Have no complaints or regrets, I asked for it and facts be known and given the chance, I'd try it one more time man cause I don't feel like it was a waste. I just thank Lord and keep on trucking.

I'll write this once...and then no more on the subject.
In the United States, we have a Bill of Rights that prohibits any interference with the right to own (bear) firearms.
We have enough idiots in this country that want to limit or elimnate that RIGHT.

As a foreign national, it's not your place to interfere, or even comment, on our rights...just as you would not want US citizens interfering with how your country is ran...correct?

Before you get on your high horse about foreign nationals etc, it might help to review your geography and history books. RecoveryHill is from St.Croix, US Virgin Islands. The US Virgin Islanders ARE US citizens. And believe me they do have lots of US citizens in the form of the US Congress involved in how their country (US territory) is run.

I'll take your word concerning the Virgin Islands....IIRC, they are a protectorate. However, if they were United States citizens, they would fall under the Bill of Rights, would they not?

Part of the problem is that America has open borders that allow ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS to enter our country to commit heinous crimes, mostly against women and young girls.
I recently visited south Miami Fl, and I was shocked by the crime stats committed by illegal foreigners from south America.
Until we get a good border fence and ship all the criminals back, we will continue to see this problem expand. However under the current leadership there is no chance.
Remember this... A liberal, is really a conservative, that hasn't been mugged yet.

Under his direction, the INS is on track to deport nearly 1 million illegals by the end of the year, and they are concentrating on the criminal element. A few years of that will make a real dent in the problem, if the right wingers don't gut the INS like they want to do with every other government program.

Amen, I feel Naked at the airport and after flying. Some of my Buddies buy a knife when they get to their spot. Then they fling it , {If cheap}or mail it back home after the tour.. I just avoid areas near and after dark..We all have those trouble spots, not to visit. Tourists are targeted here?
