If you already have ag R-1 tires, and want to be less destructive, an ag radial won't help that much. Better to just find someone that wants to swap to ag R-1's and doesn't want their R-4's.

I once saw a video where a guy was making pin-point turns on grass with R-1 r's and the grass showed hardly a ruffle.
Don't know if this was slight of tire but my simple mind was impressed.

If it's clay or gravel ground and dry you can get away with it. Not so if the least bit wet.

I've had calcium filled radials since tractor was new. Zero issues to date. Loader tractor, rears have fluid, front radials do not.
