When we were done in court the judge's clerk had us go to another room in the court house to get copies of the judges order. When we got the copies the clerk had us walk a copy over to the sheriff's office next door to the court house.send a certified copy of the latest "no contact order" ( with all provisions attached) to the local sheriff's office ... and what charges are to be laid when she breaks it.
they now have in their possession the original "order" and cannot refuse to "come out" and arrest her ..... as per the courts direction.
they can't use the excuse that they don't have it on the computer either.
yep, time for the personal camera ( with audio ) ......
time for 2 or 3 of the trail cams also ,,,, with a little help of "no trespassing signs" attached to the fence as bait ( just about where she left the metal art one)
BTW, keep a copy of the "orders" in the glove compartment ... if any one asks about the problem, you can show them that she is at fault and has been convicted and agreed to conditions .... and can "supply" them to any officer as needed.
and if the sheriff's office refuses to come out , have the prosecutor's cell phone number handy ...... after all, she is taunting the "judge's order" not you any more.
Ordered the cap camera tooMaybe a Camera Cap or Camera button?
from now on , stay away from her .... take pictures only and from a distance ( do not speak to her or get close enough to have a conversation ) ...
proof of ANY infraction by her at this point should be sent to the prosecutor AND the original judge ... with a copy of the "order" and a letter of explanation to jog their memories .... I've yet to see a judge who wouldn't be upset with someone disregarding their "orders"...
I'm all for the cameras, esp personally mounted, but time stamps, useful or not, are subject to setting an internal clock, date, etc. Good for your own info, but remember that guy who used a video cam to 'prove' he was out fishing when his wife was murdered? Sun's position gave away that he had rigged the the camera for the shot(s). There's evidence, and there's proof, so what'cha got that can't be disputed?
I've been following this thread from way back and believe Shield Arc is above baiting the lady into misbehaving. If she's going to 'hang' herself let her do so unaided. She may seem desperate, but with the law on his side our OP can take the high road. Gotta show some class, even when you're the victim. :2cents:
I just feel like I have to say that from day one and step one, our member Shield Arc has been firmly centered on the high road, and has maintained the highest integrity througout.
Just sayin!
