Yes, normal prices. We have been taking our Tesla to the service center for some warranty work. In the lobby there is a sign that says, 'Labor rates $195/hr' Just about exactly your $100 for half hour...........
Yeah, while I am sure fatjay was just whatiffing or posting for pure discussion, the possibility certainly does exist of nucular (dubbya) winter.
But at the same time I doubt Putler really would initiate that. He is certainly a sick twisted F---. And he certainly has a demented sense of the...

sorry, couldn’t help it. in jest op! can’t help you but did u look at bigger tractors to see if they have bigger seats?
Things on skids build equity there!?
Here that is considered temporary and adds no equity. It is treated like a car on the property that has a value of its own and can be sold separately……
Don’t be too sure there are no plans to get them back to work. Government wheels turn slow. But I have it on good authority our federal leaders are thinking very hard about this and how it looks to have so many employees at home.
And for those not familiar with feds and politics, its all...
Wow, another Libertarian! I would not call myself any specific political designation. But I do definitely most closely align with what the Libertarian party espouses.
The rubber coating is for ‘grip’ taking it off whatever is inside. They are contoured, right? Large end down and grip the rubber to slide it up and off the stuff.
maybe for making sandcastles at the beach!?
I could never figure out the purpose of a tedder. Doesn't it just 'fluff' the hay around dislodging the leaves in the process? Doesn't a rake do the same without such drastic flinging off of the leaves? I had always thought the leaves were the best part of the hay. I am probably missing...
No problems here. But I go to my GP once a year for a checkup; that's it. I take all minor things like blood blisters, achy joints, cuts, upset stomach, ear wax, in stride.......

Lot of work and would take a lot of buckets. But 'cold patch' is the typical homeowner asphalt repair.......
If that were mine, I'd do one of 3 things:
1) Not worry about it. To me that water is just not a big deal.....
2) Hire a blacktop company to cut it out and relay new
3) Order a ton of pea gravel to put in the low spot
I'd start with #3 and see how that worked. If too much water ran toward the...
So, just an FYI. (please no one take it personal and go spastic) The major benefit of aerobic exercise is gained from elevated heart rate (I forget the proper rate...) for a sustained period of time (varies but 20-30 minutes is generally considered good.) Just doing work or activity of some...
I have had oil pan plugs with o-rings. But…..the bolt head is made such that it is concave and traps the o-ring when tightened. If not a concave bolt head, I’d not do it……
Yeah, not sure that is the case. Self purging assuming all air bubbles can migrate to the reservoir. One my be stuck in a hose loop in the loader. I’d point the tractor & loader down the steepest hill i could find and cycle all the controls a while.

As it says, Excellent for car plastic repairs! I find 2-part epoxies best in most cases. This stuff really holds and bonds whatever car bumpers and the black plastic parts are!
Yep. Where’s the adventure or challenge or feeling of accomplishment in just blowing a bunch of $? Kids who have the desire for self achievement wont be ruined by handouts. 👍
The adventure of life itself is finding one’s way. I am glad of 2 things: I had to make my own wealth, and I did it. It was fun the whole way.
I leave my kids a great start in an investment account. Then it is up to them to build on it and do the same for their kids.
The rest I will use up...
Calculations say this tractor will run 1.2 hours if operating at full power the whole time. So, it will pull whatever any other 25 horse tractor will. Plowing and snow are no more of an issue than any other tractor that size. It’s just that if it uses all 25 hp doing it, it will only go for...
You are missing the fact that climate change like whats happening now has never happened before (Rate). And it coincides with us burning oil. It is a BIG thing that we never did before. .????
GW might happen anyway without us, but oh so much further down the road. And it might not happen at...
Well, what do u mean by fun? The Model S Plaid beats the Veyron to 60mph and also by almost a second in the quarter mile. To me that is more fun. I guess i’d agree the Bugatti looks better if that is your type of panty party……
Absolute? WTH are u talking about? Everyone has been exhaling co2 since man existed. We have not been burning oil since then in large quantities. What am i missing?
Very good! You summed it up just about right. No one knows “for sure” what affect man is having vs natural events. But a bet against manmade problems is indeed a bad bet.
Also, I have said this before here on tbn: man is taking one form of matter - liquid (oil), bringing it up from under...
Can’t recall what exactly i had, but here are 2 examples of them

not sure what u r referring to here, but i am thinking a “pen” that has acid in it and u simply write on metal. It leaves a dark stain. Cant be wiped off.
Yes. And very funny to watch sometimes. Every day when we open the run gate, all 11 go running as fast as they can for the bird feeders on the other side of the house, where the scattered seed from the flying birds is on the ground. Comical as heck to watch the race.
“Pot” metal term comes from the fact that way back it was started by mixing a bunch of metals in a fire pot and cast. Thus, it is not a single thing like zinc. Likely has zinc, aluminum, lead and other things in it. Very hard to fix. make new.
So normally we get eggs in the nest boxes. But last night i found this one on the floor just outside the nest box wall. Likely would have cracked much more had it fallen out of a box. I think a hen laid it there on the wood floor with less shavings than in a nest box.
Pointed end is cracked...
I can tell you from experience, that an "inside" chimney done right is much better than an "outside chimney. You want to keep the chimney hot and having it inside helps with that.
If I had a log cabin and wanted a brick chimney, I'd go straight up "inside" right next to the wall and only cut a...
So actually the drilling of oil and burning it coupled with the ice melting to take the place of the oil at or near the earth's surface should cancel each other out! But we are still spinning faster ????? It was all a good theory for a while. LOL
Well, it depends on many factors we are probably not aware of so we likely cannot debate this intelligently but when a figure skater pulls her arms "in" the mass is closer to the center and she spins faster. So I see this as us taking mass out of the earth's surface (compared to the vast depth...
Aha. I did not get that before. But, YES, i agree that is what makes things facts nowadays! Sad, but we see that all the time.
Oh, by the way I only meant the first sentence of my original post as fact. The second sentence was my interpretation of that first sentence fact.
I have been to the Ohio state fair and did not like it either. But our local county fair is awesome. Much more earthy, and agricultural. There is plenty of food to choose from - the typical fried stuff but also a bunch of 'healthier/better' options. Crowds are there, but can be avoided if...
I know what your changes are! You'd go out and buy the most expensive TESLA you could get so you don't have to go to the gas station at all any more !!!!!
It is the fact that we are bringing up all that oil, from underground, and then burning it into the atmosphere. Thus, the mass-distribution change inside the earth makes it spin faster as we extract and burn off things near the relative surface of the planet.
Yeah, not debunked. For every one like you posted I can find others saying the opposite. So at best, there is debate and no final resolution. But I think fake news plays a big part in this. But thanks for the opposing 'view/opinion.'...
Discovered a cool thing about the Bobcat loader joystick arm: it folds up out of the way when not needed. Loosen two blots, remove one of them, fold it up, tighten the remaining bolt. Now i can get on/off both sides of the tractor!
I pull a 5x10 1200lb utility trailer with my x500. I have even pulled it with a half ton of logs in it. No problems. The tranny, Kawasaki engine, whole thing is still going strong.
Not necessarily. Many small tractors are used only for a few minutes at a time. And when a utility or yard tractor sits waiting to do something it is not using much battery if any.
Your 8-10 hour case there is only one use-case for tractors. MANY small utility tractor use-cases would lend...
Well, i hope those work well for you guys. My lower end crapvarna is a POS. No hose clips on the fuel lines and sure enough one came off. Also, the bar tip clogs very easily in the chain slot.
All politicians like to talk. I do not know any who go around forcing people to buy EVs. Some may speak their opinions on EVs, just like we all do here. Please point to specific examples of being forced to like or buy EVs by them……
I used to. They are nice, but the steel is not as high quality as some others. They do hold an edge - just not as long and as sharp as some.
They used to offer many more choices/models of knives. Weren’t a big seller for them so they cut back.
Cool! Freedom Arms in Wyoming is the same. I have a derringer of theirs i bought new in the 80s. Front sight is silver-soldered on and came off. Sent it back a couple years ago and they put it back on for no charge.
I am with all who say they’d give it away. However, I’d be the same as the guy who said something like he’d invest it a while and then have more go give away.
I already have plans to give a lot away in the future. A lottery win would just add to that.
I have always heard that too much water does that. But that was 2nd hand information. So seeing what seville009 posted, it seems to make sense that my info was partially correct in that it is too much water at the wrong time.
You hit on a good point - the blades make a big difference. (At least for abrasive blades). I like the Everett abrasive blades; cut fast and never an issue with one.
How so?
I have backed both and find single axles to respond much quicker and precisely to turning inputs. I find tandem axles to want to sort of ‘slide’ into turns. But if that is a desired thing then, hey, its all good. I just like mine to move precisely and sharply where i point it. Maybe...
If I needed more than a 3500lb single axle, I’d go dual axle. In 23 years with my single axle utility, I’ve only once needed more. And then I just had a friend haul a car for me.
Single axle is so much easier to move around on the property. I take mine into the woods for logs. Easier to use...
I agree. Trailers like my 5x10 are selling for nearly 3X what I paid in 1999. And those are cheaper, lighter, 2000lb axle (mine is 3500lb).
OP, that is one thing i’d recommend - a 3500lb axle. Single 3500lb axle trailer will do 99% of what u need. Oh, and a good lang ramp-gate is essential too.
Yes, what is up with that?! My new crapvarna does that. Only way i found to stop it leaking is to store it with fill-port up and the cap almost off to prevent pressure buildup.
Plastic?! Figures. I posted in a chainsaw thread how hessvarna is really cheaping out on their saws. No clips at all on the fuel lines.
I will not buy another hussyvarna machine.
Me either! Besides the tip of the bar not getting oil until I mixed bar oil with used motor oil, I had a fuel hose come off the primer bulb just from vibration. The retards do not put hose clips on them any more. Trying to save 2 cents.
Also hard to start. Took it to dealer/service center...
Interesting. On my new Bobcat with Deadong engine, no matter where I put the throttle lever, the tractor starts at idle. I actually have to move it up/down a cycle to even get it to throttle up when I am ready to go.
My guess is that black connector that appears to be either the neutral safety or the clutch depress safety. Guess pins/sockets in there not making proper full contact…..
So true. Those with 286 processors think everyone is out to get them. Also think in black and white - when the world works in infinite shades of color.
So OP i think you’d find even if you did what you initially posted, that ‘volume’ in the torch tank WAAAAY to little for what you need in 2 gallon sprayer.
Yes OP, i know the feeling. I recently bought Polish beer because they are/want to help the Ukraine. Our own beer is still the best i think but i do know the feeling you speak of.
Not sure about tractor-specific aftermarket mufflers. But……almost any car muffler that has the right size pipe and will fit in the available space will work. It, likely, just will rust out faster but would be quieter while it lasted.
Also, goats have a high pain tolerance. I got mad at mine a few times. Sticks and stones do NOT hurt their bones. They just gave me a weird look and came back for more. Seriously.
