After about 10/15 hrs trying to fix a similar problem on my 4025, my guy drilled the hole a little larger in the shut off valve. Problem solved except for all the hair that was pulled out. I do have all new lines and a clean tank trying to fix this.

HELP I was pushing brush and somehow the bucket release lever got puled on one side. It looks like I may have bent the cylinder rod or something.
