I can agree with your later parts, however I disagree with your first point. People want to compare a diesel engine to a gas engine designed for two completely different applications.

The fuel efficiency isn't anywhere near that of a diesel. This isn't complex stuff to understand. Diesel has more energy and a higher compression ratio. Plus I can tell you from running a commercial mowing business that gas engines just don't hold up like the diesel

Thanks, new Holland used a rubber floor mat with foam. The foam traps moisture and then proceeds to rust out the floor. The previous owner never took off the floor mat and that's why there is so much rust

thats exactly why i want r14 tires, not as hard and brittle as the R4 Tires, and they also seems to float and ride much better. I cannot stand how Hard R4 Tires are, they offer zero cushion over bumps to the tractor or the operator, and it feels absolutely terrible.
