Disc Harrow 8 ft disc

I have a 3Pt LMC 2422 HD Disc that cuts almost 9'. All my MFWD 5500 (55HP) wants in good ground.
If I could have a do-over, choice would be 2420 (24 Blade-20" Diameter). The big blades have a deep concave and will not cut as deep in new or hard ground.

Really? that is something new to me and good to think about. Do you know how much your disc weighs?

If a disc designed like this ever needed extra weight, there is a easy and inexpensive way to add it. Put the disc on its side and pour ready mix concrete into the square tubing. In addition, this method does not change the physical appearance of the disc. Ken Sweet
