One of our local garden supply growers went out of business and put on the market over 100 greenhouses for sale. You had the choice of 48 feet up to 200 feet long and they would assist you in breaking down. We ended up with a 48-foot by 30-foot unit, which included fans, watering system, tables, and heater. We elected to decline the tables, watering system, and heater.
The following photos show the progression of building this greenhouse and the methods we used. Space was a factor in getting the smaller unit as well as cost.
There are many online sources for greenhouse materials such as film, supplies, or complete units. We were very pleased with our choices and the finished product.

Used plum line to get 2 in pipe about level. Did not cement in each pipe.

Redwood full length ties the pipes together and is also used to staple the cover secure.

Put a square pipe on my boom pole to extend its reach. Worked very well as I had a bent piece of metal on end to secure ribs while lifting.

The width is 30 feet. The ribs are just a little longer so must be pushed toward center to place in the 2 pipe. The rib material is 1 3/4 inch. Has tapperd ends.
