End of another day. Just a few more purlins left to go before frame is complete. I'll try to post some more pictures next week.

Thank you.

We're waiting. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Seriously, I envy you getting to be part of this project.

My postholes on the job I'm on are between three and a half to four feet deep. The last thing I do before starting the post setting is I clean out the debris in the hole left over from the augering.

It's hard work, sixty two holes. But if feels good because it's part of the process. Standing back and looking back at a well done job is also part of the process. But contrary to popular opinion it isn't necessarily the best part of the process.

There's such a feeling of satisfaction when little steps lead to a view most folks never get to see.

I'm pretty sure you can relate to this feeling. It isn't work. It's living.

Sorry for the rant. Love your project.

Absolutely wonderful building Bebster! If I built that on my place the only time the Mrs. would see me would be holidays. On second thought she might think that was just fine so I better stick to a pole barn. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Please keep the photo's coming. We sure are enjoying them.

What a beautiful sight. Timberframes are so pleasing to the eye. It's almost a shame that they have to be covered over with siding and a roof.

Thanks for the photos.

All timbers now on the frame. As Cliff said, too bad it just can't stay like this.
