Yeah as much as I hate to think you need to do it... it is probably a good idea. If you do set them up, she will probably attempt to destroy them. That could get her in real trouble as well. Hate to think about warring with neighbors as they should be an asset but you gotta do what you gotta do. Good luck and get back to welding!SA, if you don't have permanent video cams on you and your property with this [person] - shame on you!
Personal voice/cam corders are dirt cheap right now. Get one.
Good luck!
I agree. I would get a camera to wear any time you are near her. That way its not her word against yours if you come before a judge who doesnt know the history.SA, if you don't have permanent video cams on you and your property with this [person] - shame on you!

Just got a call from the prosecutor's office. Our neighbor lady went in to the court house yesterday, and accepted the prosecutor's offer. She had to pay a $900.00 contract fee. Has to make monthly payments to us for 2-years to pay for our fence. Can't have any contact with us for 2-years. If she does not pay, or has any contact with us she will be convicted of malicious mischief in the second degree, and criminal trespass.
On Sunday May 18th I seen where the neighbor had mowed on our property, and tied a little metal art object to the fence. I threw the metal art into her yard. I called the sheriff. He didn't want to do anything. Friday May 23rd I discovered she had retied the metal art to the fence again. I called the sheriff again. They still would not do anything
. June 11 I heard the neighbor mowing so I walked down to the property line. Again mowing on my property. I walked right up behind her, I yelled in her ear one foot! The property line is one foot from the fence. She tried to explain to me that she was told one foot didn't mean anything
. Again I called the sheriff. Two officers came out. We walked down to the property line. I showed them the survey stakes. They went over to her house. Later came back to my house, she told them that I beat her up:shocked:. When they asked how this happened she said I pushed the fence down jumped over it and beat her up. Sheriffs told me there was no signs on her, and the fence was not touched. Monday June 16th I was served papers for a no contact order. The wife and I went to court house and filled out no contact papers our selves. Tuesday we went in front of a judge, who approved them. Friday June 20th we went to court. The judge denied her no contact order, but gave us a 1-year no contact order. She can not touch our fence, hang anything on the fence, stack anything on our fence, or come on our property, or get with in 400-feet of our house. Talk about back fire on her.:laughing::laughing::laughing:
I never thought about the personal camera. I looked into trail cameras, just figured she would break them. That camera aczlan posted the link to looks very interesting!SA, if you don't have permanent video cams on you and your property with this [person] - shame on you!

According to the prosecutor yesterday on the phone, if she misses a payment she will be convicted.:cool2:I'd also question what happens if she misses payments?
