I was referring to Shield Arc. While the linked thread was started by Arc weld, much of the discussion in that thread was about Shield Arc.

As far as I am concerned you stand on pretty shaky ground condemning anyone else for bullying on the internet.
I bought a 120v machine and before I used it I asked you for advice because I thought you did some pretty good work with a 120v machine. I admitted I had no welding experience. You yourself told me that what I wanted to do was at the limit of the machine so I took it back and got a 120/220v machine -- primarily on your advice (if the 120v welder says it is at the limit it must be so). Next thing I know you jumping up and down (metaphorically) and very sarcastically calling me a !!!! liar. Made me just step out of the conversation.
Seems pretty hypocritical faulting somebody else's internet etiquette.

Shield Arc is back. He posted a new thread in the Welding Forum, yesterday. Sure hope he comes back to this one and give us the rest of the story.:thumbsup:

Wow, I just read through this whole thread and I knew our justice system was inefficient and hard to deal with but this is unbelievable and disappointing.

Hi guys!
I thought this thread was dead and buried a long time ago.
No new news on the neighbor lady. I go down to the fence line every 2 to 3-weeks. I guess the judge's no contact order has worked so far. She hasn't done anything to the fence. December 27 is the dead line to were we are suppose to get our money for the fence she destroyed. That will be interesting to see if she actually pays it. I'll give it to about the middle of January, then write a letter to the prosecutor's office. See how much bite they have! She made a pretrial diversion agreement with the county to pay us $3,206.06 for our fence. It will be interesting!

Thanks for the update. I don't think this saga is over though, cannot see the old lady just paying and going away peacefully. But then again maybe she has met her match in you.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out in January.

Anyone want to make side bets that the old lady will pay?..While past performance is not ALWAYS an indicator of future action.. I am thinking, based upon her past actions that Shield wont have any money out of her by January.

Thanks for the update. I now hve two thing to wait for in Jan, your report on how the payment (didn't) went. and my appointment. Yesterday Socical Security gave me an appointment for a phone call from them to settle the death benefits in the wife "Jan 28, 11:07am". Jeeze, I wish I had a crystal ball that good.
