How can I identify which is a return hose on the splitter?
Iv read the thread. Time should not be a factor on detent kick out - only pressure. - The strain on the engine should be just a fraction of a second. Are you running the engine at near the system rated RPM to enable full pump flow? Does it get worse or better as the fluid warms up?I have an MTD Yard Machines 25Ton log splitter with an
Energy 92G control valve. The owners manual part number is 718-0481.
When the hydraulic cylinder retracts and hits the end of it's cycle, the control valve does
kick out soon enough and it puts a strain on the engine until it does.
Is there a way to adjust this valve?
