Nice fit. Just barely, but it fit!

It’s tight at the door on the roof.. 1/2 inch to spare.... The sides are good.. I normally park with the right side inches from the wall and that gives me enough space to get around to the back...
But like others have commented, You can’t store in a better location. The plastic will stay like new since there is no sun deterioration... And you don’t have to worry about rats eating into the computers or wires on this new stuff.. I have two exact boxes set 20’ apart.. Plan is too roof in between to store implements..
Living in a port city has its advantages.. 40’ high cubes range from $1800-2300.... Freight is where they get you........

I haven’t had any diesel problems with the heat. Yet survived its first summer with temps touching 100 at times.. I did add soffit vents up high on each door to get some air moving in the box.. I have seen add whirly bird attic style fans on the roofs...

What did you use for vents? How are the vents vs bugs? Have lots of mud daubers where I am that nest everywhere they can. So I want a vent that will not only keep them out, but the vent body itself not an attractive homestead for them.

Added metal roof between my shipping containers...
Now I can keep my implements out of the rain...

I used attic vents that had built in screens.. They are 5”x12” +/-... Screwed then in with self tapping screws..

Roof looks good. I want to do something similar. What did you use for the beams?

I picked up a single use container last spring. Because it was so new, all of the lettering and number decals could be peeled off by hand. It cleaned up very nicely and required no paint. The floor didn't even have scuff marks on it. I was fortunate to find a seller that had one with doors at both ends. He delivered it and placed it on the timbers I had set and leveled. All in all, it worked out very well. I suspect it will most likely outlast me.

Very nice! Is that a full size? What did you pay if you don't mind?

me.

That is what they refer to as a 1 tripper... Made one trip across the water then sold... Very nice.. One trippers are very expensive here in Houston... Mine are not in that condition.. But still solid and water tight... They also should last a long time.. Are you going to store your tractor?
