Tractor runs out great. I do a lot of grading, digging, and loading with it. It hasn't let Me down yet

Pros: I like this machine!
Cons: Maybe could have gone a little more horsepower.

Don't Have Enough Experience Yet to Review My Tractor
Model Year: 2011

Although amateurs, we were able to perform the 50 hour service ourselves. We needed help on determining whether we had put back enough transmission oil since the gauge is difficult to use. That's what sent us to TBN.

Pros: Solid.
Cons: Gauge for transmission oil.

This is a great tractor for its size, but I would recommend because of Jerky 3pt Hitch. Kubota seems not too interested in fixing. Don't buy until you check out hitch with implement hooked up to see action. This will kill the sale.

Pros: Good price easy to use HST is the way to go.
Cons: Jerky 3pt hitch. Because of this I would not buy. Plus uses a lot of fuel compared to my other tractors.

Front tires are to skinny. I need about 30% more lifting capacity. Don't like where the joy stick is located. Wish I had taller tires.

Pros: Heavy duty and powerful.
Cons: Don't like orange.

Kubota L3700SU - Awesome Piece of Equipment!
Model Year: 2011

I purchased my Kubota in June 2011 and have been extremely happy with it. I use it to spread gravel at my RV park and many other hauling projects. It has plenty of power to do about anything I would need at my park. I could really use the backhoe attachment but I thought that the $7,500 additional price would pay for renting one when I need one. I highly recommend this 37 hp tractor. It's very well made and made here in Georgia.

Pros: Nice size and plenty of hp/hydrostatic transmission works very well.
Cons: None I've come across to yet.

Overall I'm Mighty Impressed
Model Year: 2011

Hate the no seat suspension, don't like the dealer added control for front remote. Wish I had more rear remote. Cruise slips down over time and bumps, but all in all she's a tough lil girl that gets it done. Sometimes wish I had gotten the 4400, others I wish I had a B3200; so I guess it's sized right, unless I could afford 2.

Pros: Just works.
Cons: Basic, no frills.

Love My Kubota
Model Year: 2010

I've had my Kubota a little over a year, having bought it for the 5 acres we had our retirement house built on. To date it has been invaluable and I couldn't have accomplished some of the tasks (300' of French drains, grading) I have used it for. The only time it fell short was when I tried to pick up a boulder that was likely beyond it's capacity anyway. The backhoe has been a great help in locating sewer lines, gutter drains and footing drains (yep, broke them all!). It greatly eased the repair as well. The only issues I have encountered are peeling of the nameplate (cheesy and annoying) and on occasion, the backhoe will not respond to a control input to swing right (but after moving it with my foot a little bit it works okay. This is my first tractor, so I don't have a benchmark to compare it to, but I love it. Well built, starts and runs well, no leaks, good power, good documentation.

Pros: Overall utility.
Cons: Nameplate peeling off, intermittent backhoe side-to-side hydraulics prob.

L3700SU Kubota
Kubota L3700SU That Thinks it's a Bulldozer
Model Year: 2010

I have really enjoyed my L3700SU. I wanted a good amount of horsepower in a small package, so I could use it in my woods with little problems. It does not have very many bells and whistles, but there are other models for those options. I have a 4-in-1 bucket on it, which makes it very versatile. I do use the tractor quite extensively in the woods for removing brush and thinning out trees. I normally push the trees over, so I can remove the root ball. On medium sized trees, I usually have to do a little digging with the bucket, but I eventually win. My only complaint is the low amount of paint on the fenders and foot boards, but that is minor. This tractor gets used (some may even say abused) and it always impresses me.

Pros: Plenty of power in a smaller package, works well with a variety of implements, smooth controls, easy to operate.
Cons: Quality of paint on foot boards and fender, few bells and whistles, Kubota is very conservative on hydraulic releif valve setting.

"The Little Tractor That Could!"
Model Year: 2010

This has been a great tractor. It already has 500 hours and counting and no major issues! This tractor is worked very hard everyday and keeps on going. It grades up to 3 yards a day with a 5ft. boxblade and loader. I wish I upgraded to a quick release bucket to be able to use many more attachments. I am a Kubota man from here on out and even bought their zero turn mower (which is great also!). I will be upgrading soon to a 43hp so I can have greater lift capacity but would recommend the 3700 to anyone looking for a compact with endless possibilities!

Pros: Price, reliability, functions, & quality.
Cons: None so far.

L3700SU Kubota
L3700SU
Model Year: 2010

My first chore with my new Kubota was plowing snow from my 1/4 mile long drive. The difference in power and quickness in cleaning the lane wasn't even close to my old B1700. Now that grass mowing season is here, I hooked up my old Roto-speed 7' rotory mower and the difference in mowing performance to mowing with my 1943 Farmall H wasn't even the same ball game. Needless to say, I'm very pleased with my new L3700SU with the HST. It's a real workhorse and time saver. I'm finding jobs to do I wouldn't have considered with my B1700. Clearing overgrown fence row is a snap.

Pros: Power, HST, poweful FEL.
Cons: Noisey HST, shuttering 3 point lift, keep wanting to wash it.

L3700SU Kubota
Kubota L3700SU
Model Year: 2010

I have 18 hours on the L3700SU and I have gotten really good use from the tractor. I have used it to fill in a trench, build part of a driveway, spread gravel, dig post holes, shape ground for drainage, lift things with forks, use a skeleton bucket for moving firewood , branches and trees. This weekend I pulled my truck out of the mud where I got stuck. I am working on a garden and got a power tiller but havent used it yet. This is my first tractor and I really like it. Only 18 hours on it but I have no issues at all.

Pros: Horsepower is just about right for what I use the tractor for.
Cons: Not crazy about how the locking differential works. I dont like having to hold the lever down with my foot.

Really nice tractor!
Model Year: 2010

I recently purchased the 3700su to help clear our 9.3 acre tract in East Texas. I started to go with the 3400, but am now glad that I went a little larger. This tractor is a dream to operate, HST transmission makes it easy for us newbies to tractors. The FEL and the rotary cutter are going to make it easy to remove the saplings and debris from our property. We have already made some trails with our new tractor around different areas of the property. I can't wait to get back up there and really start working on it.

Pros: HST Transmission, local dealer, easy to install 3 point attachments, nice power range.
Cons: None that I can find at this time.

Great Kubota Tractor
Model Year: 2010

I recently purchased a Kubota L3700 SU tractor and I was blown away. I have a box blade, rotary cutter, auger, landscape rake and FEL. This is a fantastic tractor! The local dealer blew me away with their knowledge, information and service department.

Pros: I love the 37 HP and the FEL. Haven't tried the other implements yet, but it won't be long.
Cons: None that I can find at this time.

L3700SU Kubota
Delivery/Initial Use Review L3700SU
Model Year: 2010

I took delivery on my L3700 on November 2, after Ocean Shipping to my location. After clearing it and ordered implements through customs, it was delivered to my location. After receipt I fully inspected the machine for proper fluid levels, attachments, etc. and all appeared to be proper. My initial task was to assemble the bush hog and cut some property on my estate. After a couple of hours operation, I discovered that a tie rod end cotter pin had not been installed at the factory and the connecting nut had backed off nearly disconnecting the RH tie rod from the wheel. This was easily corrected, and in my opinion, while a "minor" issue, lack of QC for this problem could have had serious consequence. Shortly after delivery we were subject to additional torrential rainfall, which resulted in over a foot of new rain to our mountainous location. My planned effort to spread the rears and fill the tires was interrupted by the need to provide emergency repairs to my 1/2 mile access road, using the Box Blade and FEL. All systems functioned properly and I was impressed with the power at the FEL and the tractive power of the drive system. The L3700SU has both sufficient HP and Weight to provide serious work, such as moving up a 12% grade with the box blade fully engaged, in 4WD with the Differential Locked. Time will tell but the fit/finish/function seems to be first rate.

Pros: Power, weight, fit, & finish.
Cons: 1,200 miles away from dealer if warranty issues arise.

It Doesn't Get Any Better Than This!
Model Year: 2010

Just purchased the KUBOTA L3700su to replace my Ford 1220. Absolutely no comparison between the two. I chose the L3700 for the following reasons: 37HP Diesel, 4wd, power steering, hydrostatic trans, front end loader, R4 tires, foldable ROP, 3 point hitch. A man couldn't ask for more. I'm loving every minute I'm on it working.

Pros: All of the above.
Cons: None that I have found.

L3700SU Kubota
My Initial Impression of the Kubota L3700SU
Model Year: 2010

The impressions are a comparison against my existing Case/International 385 4WD Diesel. My property is about 60 very mountainous and bouldery acres that is mostly wooded. Additionally, the property is on the ridge of the Green Mountains where we get lots of snow and wind. The wind has, over the years, produced wind throws. Wind throws are humps of dirt where a tree has fallen and eventually rotted away, but the large ball of dirt clinging to the stump remains and leaves a hump. I'm retired and use the property for moseying about and day dreaming. I also cut selected trees for firewood and am slowly creating open spaces and paths that will enhance my moseying. The wheel base of the L3700 is about 20" shorter than that of the case and it cannot navigate the rough terrain as easily as the larger Case. The HST transmission is noisy, but I'm learning that the noise can be controlled some by correctly adjusting the throttle. I have a rear mounted snowblower for the Case and it works wonderfully. I have a long and steep driveway and operating anything in the winter requires V-Bar tire chains. I bought a rear mounted blower for the Kubota too, but do harbor some doubts about its being heavy enough to get sufficient traction on the steep driveway. My current plan is to use the Kubota to keep a path to the barn and around the house clear and use the Case for driveways. I considered upgrading the L3700 to a larger tractor but finally stuck to my initial reasons of wanting to augment and not duplicate the Case. I'll bore you more when I know more. Frank

Pros: My wife likes it.
Cons: Too soon to tell.

I totally love the tractor. It is capable of everything I need it to do. I have Woods backhoe attachment, Brush Hog, blade, FEL.

Pros: Easy to use.

L3700SU Kubota
Few bells and whistles but best price/performance.
Model Year: 2010

This tractor probably provides more for your money than any tractor out there, particularly when historical quality and reliability are considered. It is is certainly the best deal in the Kubota line up at time of writing. It has big tractor performance and has enough power to run just about any PTO attachment out there. I highly recommend this tractor over one of the higher powered Bs.

Pros: Price/Perfromance.
Cons: Creature comforts.

L3700SU
Model Year: 2010

This tractor has exceeded my expectations by far, even though I've got 20 years experience with Kubota brand. The hydrostatic transmission and front end loader are perfectly matched for outstanding control and maneuverability. This model has massive horsepower in a truly compact but comfortable platform. The tractor and loader weigh in around 4300 lbs by my estimate, making tough jobs seem easier.

Pros: Quality, Price, & Simplistic Perfection.
Cons: Turnbuckle 3 point sway control.
