Looks like the last generation Ford...
Yup. First thing I said was "That looks like a Ford!" Must be the grille and headlights.
Interesting that they are doing it as a "Heavy Half"

Seeing how I was replying to Diamondpilot, who is also the OP, and knowing he is currently driving a Ford, I found it appropriate to make the comparison. It is a conversion between the two of us and doesn't involve you.
Hot buttons:
It needs to work awesome with my iPhone 6.
It needs a flat rear floor for my dogs.
Amp Power Boards must be able to be fitted.
It must have a heated steering wheel.
Heated and cooled seats are expected.
Auto headlights, and auto temperature.
The diesel needs seriously cold weather package: fuel warmer plug in and coolant fuel warmer.
Ford's heavy half already has higher specs.
I wonder what Dodge is doing?

If you didn't want others in "your conversion" why would you post in a public forum?
SSDD. Never fails on truck threads. Nothing can come close to the Ford in their eyes.
Kudos to Nissan for following through on such a neat project.
The drivetrain sounds pretty beefed up to me. 9.75 inch front axle, 13 inch rear. Recirculating ball steering setup etc. With all that said, if they didn't beef up the rest of the drive train enough to handle that Cummins, it will be costly to Nissan.
