After I picked it up I scaled at 25180. I pull with a 14900 bumper pull deck over derated to 14500 cause my truck is 11500, it’s a 2022 f350 srw with 8’ bed.

My truck is capable of 2150 tongue weight and I have a scale so I do closer to 2k on truck hitch. my last trailer was a gatormade 14k and hauled a m59/m62 on it. It would eat the inside of tires. This one is much better on tires. I just assumed the gatormade was a crappy build.

Yes, my m59 lost both pumps at 75hr. Replaced under warranty. Good power in backhoe but slooow. loader was good but too weak for the big bucket. My m62 was better, but it was still slow digging compared to the 040.

Here’s something else, I find mistakes on kubota‘s stuff all the time. Look at the breakout force they list for the u48-5. Obviously the low number is a mistake because they publish the higher number in too many places.

I wonder how much condensation gets into equipment? Some mornings in the barn everything metal is just dripping with water. Probably why rarely started equipment is considered severe duty by some manufacturers because of water intrusion and not getting up to running temp often.

Frankenstein bucket. I needed a gravel bucket for my kx040 to backfill sewers. My dealer, like lots of dealers, have a bunch of pin on buckets that come on smaller tractors. Welded the adapter on, reinforced and made deeper. Works great for gravel.

Those familiar with the cheap way kubota sucks fresh air, which helps with positive cab air flow, I didnt just want to block it off. So I had some thermo plastic and molded a cover that connects it to the filter.
