If you dont get your $ I would put a lien on HER property ASAP. The fact is you cant let it set after she does not pay, other wise when she finally croaks you may end up having her family there and worse off that ya are now. With a lien you may have first dibs on it should it happen..

I already have one lien on her property for the $400.00 plus 12% interest she owes me. But I wonder how many people are in line in front of me.

The way I see this, (could be wrong) this is her against the state of Washington, she broke the law. The big question in my mind is what is the law going to do about it?:confused3:

If this lady is willing to spend $1600 on a surveyor, then it's clear that she really believes you are encroaching on her property. She would not do this if it was just malicious. Someone in a position of authority needs to find out what is at the root of her mis-guided activity. She is not making rational decisions.

Doesnt take much.. she believes and that is that. Having 'judgements' on your side only proves that you bribed someone..

We had a seasonal creek that runs through the middle of both our properties. Few years ago I rented an excavator, had a buddy of mine dig 1,100-feet of ditch, the wife and I placed 8-inch pipe to divert the water from her west end which flooded every year, to her east end to a year around creek. She screamed bloody murder about this. When the judge came out and walked both pieces of property, he told her I did her a big favor!:laughing:

Now this, since it affected her property, should have been done with her permission and agreement..

The T-post are still in the original position, she just bent them back up. According to the wife, about 15 T-posts are missing. I was just reading an e-mail from the responding deputy to my wife. The deputy is adding trespassing to her report because the neighbor moved her no trespassing signs about 50-feet onto my property. Woman just won't leave it alone!:rolleyes:

Moved the signs and messed up the fence to make it look like you moved it closer to her property..

Yes she lives alone. When we first bought the 5-acres she had a live in boy friend but he couldn't take it anymore, he is long gone. I think she is about 66-years old. She has I'm guessing a 1960s 8 maybe 10x40 trailer with a 1-room log cabin attached to it with a metal roof. She has been thrown out of court twice for falsely accusing me of beating her up! Tried her best to steal 1 1/3-acres from me through the court system. About a month before we went to court her lawyer quit, he told the judge the reason he wanted out, was because she had every intention of lying on the stand, which she did. We did not beat her in court, we and our witnesses never testified! She lost her whole case with her own testimony!:shocked:

Then you have a really wierd state.. Every court system I have seen, someone who blatenly makes a false accusation and lies to the court in such a manner, PAYS for the court and the other party.. There is no 'holds blameless' in this case as they ARE to blame, clearly.
