In this case it just might! She has had me in court 5 or 6 times for different things. 3-times she has been thrown out of court for lying! What ever happened to perjury?:confused3:

keep the law on your side

Timestamps wont necessarily hold up. You can make a timestamp say anything you want and they can also be added after the fact.

Hey when you have this wrapped up, perhaps you can take on the next project....I keep having trespassers taking down my "no trespassing" signs on my property in Clallam County......(it's ok to trespass once you remove the signs, dont ya know) :laughing:

I'd be HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY to CAMP on anyone's land as long as it's legal ! I'm not trying to influence anyone to act illegally in any way (legal disclosure done ).....BUT , If this nutbag lived next to me I would have owned her and her land by now ,I tend to live with the morals and values of past years and I'm really not idiot friendly in situations like this , I despise the weak "let someone else fix my problems " mentality of the new generation .She is breaking the law ,You pay taxes , If they can't reel in the nutbag and her actions I'd handle it myself ,I'd also sue her for any funds I laid out to defend myself from frivolous /dismissed lawsuits and if need be continually file complaints until the district attorney got off his a## and fixed it which would in reality would take 1 day ! tell them you'll donate any funds recovered to your local boy's and girls club or high school charity and it would happen fast !

Time-stamps can be verified, as in my medical practice we use an EMR (electronic medical record) and not only does it add a verified time-stamp, it also adds my electronic signature, both of which are admissible kn court.

Any addition or modification of the image after it is taken and saved can be detected, IF the court decides to have an expert examine it.

As expected, it sounds like Mr. and Ms. Shield Arc have things well in hand and are documenting the ongoing incursions, without over-reacting or alienating their local policia.

I know what you mean by being a dog magnet, people frequently comment about the mutual affinity canines and I have for each other. Even some dogs that are usually shy/fearful or aggressive seem to take to me. My wife says that its true of my interactions with all species, including birds, cats, etc. I think it's partly true and related to having a calm, confident, gently assertive attitude without fear or anxiety.

Re: adverse possession, given that she didn't believe the surveyors, she may be just off the reservation enough to disbelieve the court order, bonkers enough to think she can ignore it, or missing enough candles from the cake to not understand it. See my previous post.

I have been thinking that someone should go over to this gal's house and ask her to join TBN. That way we could hear her side of the story, I am sure it would be read with interest for a little while anyway. :laughing: Well on second thought, might not be a good idea after all. sorry, I have a strange sense of humor.
