Well at least the night before give her a call to remind her of the date. That way if they try the same "she forgot" crap you can tell the Judge that is not the case, she was reminded.

In June we got our 3rd year of a protection order against her. She can't get within 400-feet of our house. For some reason when I see her on the fence line she tells me I can't get within 30-feet of her. I have no idea where she came up with that!

The governor made our lawyer a judge. Then later transferred him to Eastern Washington.

Shield Arc isn't the type to play games and it's nice to see he's not going to roll over and pass it off as a bad experience. His neighbor needs to be put in her place and it's going to happen soon. I think she's the one playing games and is going to try and claim she has some kind of mental issues. Well she does but she's still in the wrong.

OUR MISSION!!

Actually for me this saga is one of the threads I follow on property rights and gives insight to how difficult it actually can be to get property disputes settled.

Yawn!!!!

It also shows there are people who complain about things they pretend to have no interest in.

This thread shouldn't be over until SA says so.
